What happens when I post a review?

Once you've submitted your review to iWantGreatCare, you will receive an email with a verification link. To complete your submission, you must click on the link in this email. This is to prevent abuse of the system and to ensure the email address you provided during your review is a legitimate address.

Once your review is verified, it will be passed through a rigorous moderation process. This is to ensure the review doesn't breach iWantGreatCare's terms and conditions. To ensure your review passes moderation, it's important to follow these three rules:

1. Reviews must be an honest reflection of the patient experience.
2. Reviews must not be defamatory, abusive, or intentionally misleading.
3. Reviews should back up opinions with facts.

If your review passes moderation, it will then be anonymously published to the site.
