* review: "This doctor didn't listen to my needs and kept interrupting me. If they had listened, they would have understood my concerns and answered my questions accurately. I had to wait 50 minutes just to see them."
* review: "She didn't listen to me and came across as very rude. Rather than focus on me during my consultation, she stepped outside of the room to have a conversation with her colleagues. I felt completely ignored."
* review: "Everything was average. The doctor was robotic and answered my questions with yes's and no's. The wait time was around 15 minutes which wasn't great and I felt rushed through my consultation."
* review: "What a great doctor. She greeted me as I entered the room, asked me about my day, listened to my symptoms, explained any potential causes, gave me the right prescription, and then offered advice on my lifestyle to improve my condition and help prevent it. The only downside was the long wait, almost 20 minutes!"
* review: "Mr Ross and all his team were very professional yet friendly. I felt very comfortable and not pressured to go ahead with my upper eyelid surgery. I was made to feel very comfortable throughout the procedure with the surgeon and the lovely nurse on hand to distract me while under local in theatre. I didn't feel any pain so very happy with the results so far. I am due to go back next week for a check up and change of dressing which is all part of the service. Will go back again in 6 weeks for a final check up. The surgeon really seemed to care and nothing was too much even offered to see me anytime if I had any concerns. Overall very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this surgeon and his team.”
