What is your moderation process?

All feedback posted onto iWantGreatCare undergoes a moderation process. This process picks up potential spamming, personal attacks, bad language, and intentionally malicious reviews.

All reviews picked up by this process are highlighted to a member of the moderation team. The team will then manually moderate the review and, if it breaches any of iWantGreatCare's terms and conditions: https://www.iwantgreatcare.org/information/terms-and-conditions, will reject the review and prevent it from proceeding to publication.
