Who can read reviews?

To ensure transparency, all reviews that do not breach iWantGreatCare's Terms and Conditions will be published to the 'profile page' of the relevant clinician, healthcare provider, treatment or medicine. An example of a GP surgery's profile page can be seen here:

All profile pages can be viewed by the public. Clinicians and healthcare providers using iWantGreatCare to capture patient feedback will be able to report on this feedback, respond to this feedback, and request immediate alerts for any feedback received.
