As a registered member of iWantGreatCare, you have access to a variety of tools to analyse performance and provide the very best of care.
One of these tools, the response tool, gives you the option to respond to patient reviews in your own words, sharing your side of a story.
To respond to reviews, follow these steps:
1) Navigate to: https://www.iwantgreatcare.org
2) Select the blue ‘Login’ link at the top-right of the page
3) Enter your username and password, then select the blue ‘Login’ button
4) On the account dashboard, select the ‘Respond to reviews’ widget
5) To select a date range for the displayed reviews, modify the date filters provided
6) Navigate to the desired review
7) Select the blue ‘Respond to feedback’ button below the review
8) Enter your response in the field provided
9) Select the blue ‘Leave feedback’ button
All responses to patient feedback undergo a moderation process to ensure the content complies with iWantGreatCare’s terms and conditions. It’s important to never reveal any private or confidential information regarding patients or their experiences in responses to feedback.
