I can't remember my username/password, what do I do?

A username is usually your personal or work email address. If you happen to forget which email address you used to register with iWantGreatCare, please contact support at: support@iwantgreatcare.org, and provide your GMC/NMC/HCPC/etc. number. This will help the team identify you and your account.

To recover a lost password, follow these steps:

1) Navigate to: https://www.iwantgreatcare.org/login/

2) Press on the blue 'I've forgotten my password' link

3) Enter the email address you used to sign up to iWantGreatCare

4) Press on the blue 'Request new password' button

You should receive an email to reset your password shortly. Please be sure to check your junk or spam folders in case the email gets lost on its way to you.
